Open a ticket copy the link and ask for a refund in the ticket, this is the only way - for you, and us.

How do you open a ticket (I paid 20 credits for some shaders that turned out to be renamed versions of the free ones)

I almost got the 20 credits, but i'm unlocking one with 50 credits that actually has a description and shader version (iMMERSE pro 0.5)
