well I deobfuscated it. go to index.js and scroll down, there you gonna find the links to replace. File can be messy though.
EDIT: also make sure you dont have any TriggerEvents for loadingscreens example TriggerEvent("loading:disableLoading") in the np-spawn.
If it still doesnt work then you can try these
ShutdownLoadingScreen()
ShutdownLoadingScreenNui()
but I doubt it will do anything.

also added the build file cause why not
