ESX sucks. qb-core took a shit framework and made it better. 1.3 or final or legacy however you wanna call it, was basically just a ditch of it. qb-core is better than ESX ever will be, the only plus side ESX has is that too many scripts are made for them. If you know how to convert them you'll see ESX has literally no benefit over qb-core.
