enb is working you must be put all the enbseries files in the plguins folger from fivem and if you finish to do it it works.

rockstar did something with the latest updates which breaks enb for some reason

a workaround is running gtav.exe and playgtav.exe in compatibility mode (select windows 7)

when the game is booting up, alt+tab to another window on your pc to prevent the game from crashing (for those who use reshade)

also, i think in enblocal. ini, you must set these lines at the top

[PROXY]
EnableProxyLibrary=true
InitProxyFunctions=false
ProxyLibrary=d3d11.dll

essentially, you can google this issue and see what solutions are out there. reddit might have some useful posts.
