The inventory not save the items if the player relog. Everytime delete the items. Any fix for this?

in you ambulance or hospital job you have to make it false Config.WipeInventoryOnRespawn = false

This is fully working even the drop is working, I have pa-inventory on my keymaster and I decided to bypass the lib + give it to you with 0 bugs.

the inventory does not save players' items at all. After server restart or relog everything in the inventory, the car trunk and the glove box disappears... You have any fix for this??

yes the sql does not have player_inventory, no im not asking for pa_lib. Im asking for the inventory with pa_lib requirement
