i think they blocked it for a reason :p if you config it over the game maximum it will return to default values. i dont think there is a way to avoid it

is there any new updated mod that make GTA 5 with a lot of ped everywhere... i try to use the gameconfig of the limitless vehicul but i dont see many...

i don't think that is possible, there might be something out there
