head to qb-core\client\functions.lua
search for function QBCore.Functions.Notify(text, texttype, length)
then delete it and add this

function QBCore.Functions.Notify(text, texttype, length)
exports['dopeNotify3']:Alert("Title", "Message", 5000, 'type')
end

also in the readme.md you will find client and server export
