Once a resource or file has been posted, if you wish to delete it for any reason, you must submit a request through a Discord ticket. Deleting a file independently requires you to either refund all members who have paid for it or provide a suitable replacement. If the resource or file is completely deleted, you may face a ban. The same policy applies to thread spamming, including the creation of empty or deleted threads.
