    don't use debadged cars - they are 100% against ToS. One report of your server using them and as soon as the report is being worked on, your server will either be temporarily banned or fully terminated.

    Like I said: untested Seems decrypted but not unlocked, as I couldn't open the weapons in OpenIV. But I just unlocked one and had no issue in opening it.
