NVE doesn't change the weather on the server, it's just a graphics mod. Try using the Easytime script. I haven't tried it myself, but the video looks like what you need. or if you use QB-Core use admin comand /weather [type] example: type in chat "/weather SMOG" and press enter. type may... -
