It has metadata system.
Every house has a special key. And players can enter the house with these keys.
The metadata system is a system with options. You can turn it off if you want.
You can renew your house key when you lose it.
Each house has its own private garage.
You can organize garages in houses.
Houses are set to be rentable and buyable.
If you do not pay your house rent, the lease agreement will be cancelled.
It's set to work with every MLO file.
