I need help understanding how menan got his server to work with tebex subscription

most of these are encrypted with cfx asset escrow so they don't work unless we subscribe to his tebex subscription.

From what I know when we purchase a script on tebex our license is tied to the script so how can he provide escrowed files which are probably tied to his license and how can they work when we subscribe to his tebex.
