Install:
1. Copy the oycval folder to
X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks 或 X:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks

2. Decompress with OpenIV
X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml

或 X:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml

Then open it with notepad and add a new line

dlcpacks:\oycdefender\
Save it and replace it with OpenIV.
