QBCORE Okok Billing - CONVERTED TO QBCORE OPEN SOURCE

I converted okok billing full to qbcore, and added sql, because when i buyed it, it is ESX, with errors and without SQL.

Now you will get, a fully open source converted Okok Billing, Working!
With SQL! , i converted it and i gurantee it works!
