Not sure if anyone has an opinion on this... Far as I'm aware, FiveM TOS does not allow servers to have a benefit/gambling items which cannot be obtained through the game itself. Is this correct? Because this script crosses those rules

That is in fact true, although having them does not make it "legal" I would say

Yes, sadly thats true! But if you don't ask real money to open cases you can use the script. For example if you give players gold coins for every hour they play on your server to open the cases than this is legal because its a game not a real gambling game. Think about the fact that Rockstar has theyr own roullet in casino wich is the same.
