is a good base to start, latest scripts

Tested, works. There are some errors about garages but yeah. Could be faster and some nice notify or ui on screen would be perfect

Tested it. Had to update a few outdated scripts.
Issues I see
-Cant leave apartment after creating character ( So i had to no clip out )
-3rd eye does not work
-dealerships do not work
-missing mlos
-Banking does not work
-Major qb-multicharacter errors
-clothing stores do not work.
-alot of renzu-vehicle shop errors

Conclusion just alot of stuff in the server do not work or are broken.
Not worth it
