Fuel System

- The script comes with the legacy fuel that already works with gas station (plug'n play), if you wanna use another you'll have to change its code to integrate with gas station (to get stock and fuel price). The legacy fuel code is fully open source if you wanna look how its done and copy thing from there to your fuel script
