Interiorproxies.meta isn't needed, FiveM has it’s own automation built in to assign load order, either way you could create your own with this, if still doesn't work for you i'll share mine[/attachment]
Working for me, make sure you have all files (Aside from interiorproxies.meta, that doesn't cause your bug from the previous image) probably its your _manifest.ymf or you tried to put this MLO in a pack of other maps.
