Buying Credits
Credits are the virtual currency used on HighLeaks to unlock premium features and access exclusive content. Learn how to purchase and manage your credits.

Navigate to the Credits Page
Click on the
Credits button in the header navigation, or access it directly from your user menu. You can also visit
/credits.

Choose a Credit Package
Browse through the available credit packages. Each package offers a different amount of credits at various price points. Look for packages marked as "Popular" for the best value. Some packages may include bonus credits!

Complete Your Purchase
Click the Purchase button on your chosen package. You'll be redirected to a secure payment page where you can complete your transaction using various payment methods (PayPal, credit card, etc.).

Receive Your Credits
Once your payment is confirmed, credits will be automatically added to your account. You can view your current balance at the top of the credits page and check your transaction history below.
Pro Tip
VIP members don't need credits for most features! Consider upgrading to VIP for unlimited access to premium features without spending credits.

Becoming a VIP Member
VIP membership unlocks exclusive features, removes credit requirements, and gives you access to premium customization options. Choose from monthly, yearly, or lifetime plans.

Visit the VIP Page
Click on the
VIP Premium button in the header, or access it from your user menu. You can also visit
/vip.

Compare VIP Plans
Review the available VIP plans:
- Monthly Plan: Billed monthly, cancel anytime
- Yearly Plan: Best value with significant savings
- Lifetime Plan: One-time payment for lifetime access
Each plan includes all VIP features and benefits.

Select Your Plan
Click the Subscribe or Purchase button on your preferred plan. You'll be redirected to a secure payment page to complete your subscription.

Once your payment is confirmed, your VIP status will be activated immediately. You'll gain access to:

Your VIP status is displayed on your profile and in the user menu. VIP members have a special badge and enhanced profile customization options.

Posting Threads
Learn how to create engaging threads and participate in forum discussions. Follow these steps to post your first thread.

Choose a Forum Category
Browse the forum categories and select the appropriate category for your thread. Make sure your topic fits the category's theme to ensure it reaches the right audience.

Click "New Thread"
Click the New Thread button in the header, or navigate to a specific forum category and click the "Create Thread" button. This will open the thread creation form.

Fill in Thread Details
Complete the thread creation form:
- Title: Write a clear, descriptive title that summarizes your topic
- Content: Add your main post content using the rich text editor
- Tags: Add relevant tags to help others find your thread
- Attachments: Upload images or files if needed

Submit Your Thread
Review your thread content, then click Post Thread or Submit. Your thread will be published and visible to all forum members. Some threads may require moderation approval before being visible.
Forum Guidelines
Make sure to follow the forum rules and guidelines. Inappropriate content, spam, or off-topic posts may be removed or result in warnings. Always be respectful to other members.
Thread Features
You can edit or delete your threads after posting (if allowed). Use the thread editor to format your content, add images, and create engaging posts that encourage discussion.
Profile Customization
Personalize your profile with custom avatars, banners, colors, and more. Advanced customization options are available for VIP members.

Access Profile Settings
Click on your profile picture or username in the user panel, then select
Settings from the dropdown menu. Alternatively, visit
/user/settings.

Basic Profile Settings
In the settings page, you can:
- Upload or change your profile avatar
- Upload a profile banner (if available)
- Update your bio or signature
- Change your display name
- Manage privacy settings

Advanced Customization (VIP Only)
VIP members have access to additional customization options:
- Custom profile colors and themes
- Animated avatars and banners
- Custom profile badges
- Enhanced profile layout options
- Exclusive profile effects
Access these features from the
Profile Customization page in your user menu.

Save Your Changes
After making your changes, click Save or Update Profile. Your profile will be updated immediately and visible to other users.
Image Requirements
Profile images should be in JPG, PNG, or GIF format. Recommended sizes: Avatar (256x256px), Banner (1200x300px). Maximum file size is typically 5MB.
Account Settings
Requesting Credit Refunds
If you've spent credits on content that doesn't work, is unavailable, or has technical issues, you can request a credit refund directly from the thread using the Report button. Learn how to get your credits back.

Identify the Issue
Before requesting a refund, make sure you have a valid reason:
- Download not working: The file you purchased is corrupted, broken, or won't download
- Content unavailable: The thread or content you paid for is down, removed, or inaccessible
- Technical problems: The content doesn't work as described or has technical issues
- Wrong content: You received different content than what was advertised
- Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same content twice

Use the Report Button on the Thread
Navigate to the thread where you purchased the content. Look for the
Report button located next to the download button. This is the official way to request a refund.
- The Report button is visible on threads where you've spent credits
- Click the Report button to open the refund request form
- Select "Request Refund" as the reason for your report

Fill Out the Refund Request
In the refund request form, provide the following information:
- Reason for refund: Select the appropriate reason from the dropdown (e.g., "Download not working", "Content unavailable")
- Description: Explain in detail what went wrong and what you tried to fix it
- Screenshots (optional): If possible, attach screenshots showing the issue
The system will automatically include your transaction details, so you don't need to provide them manually.

Submit and Wait for Review
After submitting your refund request:
- Your request will be automatically logged in our system
- Our moderation team will review your request (typically within 24-48 hours)
- We'll verify the issue you reported
- Check if the content is indeed unavailable or broken
- Review your transaction history
You'll be notified of the decision through the system notifications.

Receive Your Credits
If your refund is approved:
- The credits you spent will be automatically returned to your account
- You'll receive a notification confirming the refund
- The refunded credits will appear in your balance immediately
- You can check your updated balance on the Credits page
Important: Use the Report Button
Please use the Report button on the thread itself to request refunds. Do not send private messages to staff members or create support threads on the forum. All refund requests must be submitted through the official Report button on the thread where you made the purchase.

Tips for Faster Processing
To help us process your refund request quickly:
- Use the Report button directly on the thread (don't use other methods)
- Provide clear and detailed information about the problem
- Include screenshots or evidence of the issue if possible
- Be patient and wait for the review process to complete
- Check if the issue has been resolved before requesting a refund
Refund Eligibility
Credit refunds are typically available for:
- Content that is broken, corrupted, or doesn't work
- Downloads that are unavailable or permanently down
- Content that doesn't match the description
- Technical issues preventing access to purchased content
- Accidental duplicate purchases
Note: Refunds are generally not available if you simply changed your mind or if the content was working when you purchased it. All refund requests are subject to review by our moderation team.
