If a paid unlock fails to provide the promised content due to a verified technical fault or incorrect listing, we will refund the credits for that unlock. To request a review, contact support with evidence (thread link, timestamps, and screenshots). Abuse of this policy may result in account action.
10. Escrow Unlocks & Safety
Escrow-based unlocks ensure safer transactions by holding funds until conditions are met. Where enabled, content is released only after the unlock criteria are satisfied. We reserve the right to cancel or reverse unlocks if fraudulent behavior or policy violations are detected.
