It is 100% nopixel 4.0 graphics it was straight from tebex and decrypted I just modified it a bit to fix some textures[/attachment]

I had a look in visualsettings.dat but can't work out what values I need to change?

if you go down to line 171 you should see the headlights settings just lower the intensity values
