NVE - February 28th '23

1. Added ReShade to each package. Comes with various shaders for sharpening. There is no FPS loss when using ReShade
2. Added new bloom and rain lens shaders for the Single Player and FiveM packages. Rain lens shader now reacts to street light colors and properly detects roofs, tunnels and interiors via the engine where it won't apply the effect. More shaders will be added back in the near future
3. Added the ability to modify street light colors, headlight intensity, ambient tones and fog haze colors via ReShade in real-time, along with the ability to create and save custom presets using these techniques. You must be using the NVE.asi plugin in order for this to work. Only works in Single Player and FiveM for now
4. Updated the NVE.asi plugin with multiple weather patches, as well as various functions for ReShade usage
5. Adjusted various blood particle effects to appear more dramatic. Blood will now spread further on to nearby objects or peds. Additionally shooting or stabbing someone at close range may now leave blood stains on your clothing
6. Added a new Olive Tree model with improved performance, working collisions, LOD models and much more as part of the vegetation overhaul
7. Retextured dozens of billboards and real estate signs around Los Santos for the "Extra Content Pack" for Platinum Supporters
8. Fixed an issue with the Night Vision effect not working properly during night time
9. Slightly reduced the chance of lightning strikes from occurring too quickly
10. Fixed various broken LOD lights around the map in Single Player
11. Removed backfire particle effect shadows
12. Updated the README guide with new instructions and tips for ReShade usage
13. Misc. bug fixes and tweaks
