That's MakeMods and he doesn't have his actual files on his Patreon. He's got it linked to his Discord, therefore I can't get his mods.

Unfortunately, when you buy a car from this creator from Patreon, it gives you a link to Gumroad and you need to buy it again there. So, this guy is either double dipping or it's a scam.
