I have the same problem and additionally after setting Config.UseTarget true, when I am at the construction site the interaction is under E or Marker, the only thing that works under Target is starting work at NPC

I’ve been testing, and the issue with the invitations is in the interface itself. I didn’t change anything—it’s exactly as I downloaded it from another post on this page. As for the target, I can’t help because I don’t use any target. :(
