1.No i can't change it to esx and i don't know how because i didn't work with esx at all
2.I don't give any support for this resource but if you needed my radialmenu too i can upload it
3.My dispatch is inside the rar file too (its the old version of ps-dispatch) if anyone couldn't make it don't make the beep sound and blip on map after you die automatically
