Here's the last server I took from TC HUB.
The owners of this discord fill all the server files, scripts, maps, or whatever they share with thousands of lines of text. And guess what? What you need is in the middle. So, here's the last server I took from there. FREE
Attached is the difference between the config file before and after cleaning.
The server is running ESX, but most of the features can be upgraded to QBcore or QBX.
I don't know if it's working properly.
