Check if you have other molo with gta5.meta that might be the issue

Search this

      <Item>

      <filename>commoncrc:/data/levels/gta5/water.xml</filename>

      <fileType>WATER_FILE</fileType>

      </Item>

Replace with

      <Item>

      <filename>resources:/SeaDome_MLO_V2/water.xml</filename>

      <fileType>WATER_FILE</fileType>

      </Item>

The map is not working full full for me, if you remove de .xml file of water the aquarium is not working fine.
And if you don't remove that file you don't have water... sometimes.
