Its Fix Me And My Friend Still Using That Without Single Problem

- Cherry Blossom now respect the Vegetation Season setting and have its own independent seasonal variation (work-in-progress).
- Added new 'Shadows' category under 'LIGHTING' section with Vegetation and ParticleFX shadows to fine tune the shadows amount.
Legacy
- Minor visual improvements on SSR (Screen Space Reflection).
- Replaced the previous three separate toggles (Vehicles, Puddles, Buildings/Surfaces) with a single unified SSR option. Since now is fully stable is enabled by default.
- Added 'Vegetation Sharpen' option, to enhance vegetation detail specially with lower quality like vanilla vegetation.
- Light Streaks menu redesigned
- Simplified and more intuitive layout.
- All settings now apply globally instead of only affecting 'V2'.
- Added new options and "FH5 style" from old preset too.
- Significantly higher quality and better performance than previous versions (except 'VI', which remains more demanding).
- Fixed 'GPLens' effect over-blooming in various scenes.
