We got Real Time Timecycle Editor for Enhanced so we can finally work on Enhanced version of the mod

• Added Thunder Volumetric Clouds.
• New config for Rainy Volumetric Clouds.
• Various small improvements & fixes for Volumetric Clouds.
• New Volumetric Godrays effect, exclusive to Thunder Volumetric Clouds.
• New Volumetric Lightning effect, exclusive to Thunder Volumetric Clouds.
• New StarLens Shader: Appears exclusively on vehicle sirens and sunrise/sunset reflections. (Note: This is a Work in Progress; quality will be improved in future updates).
• Fixed all Siren Shaders: Now all sirens will be correctly brightened and saturated (Results may vary depends on vehicle you use)
• Improved Vehicle Raindrops Shader: Added Water Streaks.
• Improved Screen Raindrops Shader: Now works like "vignette" and much more comfortable for gameplay.
• New SimpleDOF ReShade Shader: A simple yet powerful Depth of Field shader for screenshots (all screenshots were made using SimpleDOF).
• New Moon and Night Stars Shader: Stars are now procedural and animate slowly to simulate planetary rotation.
• Improved Ocean Water Shader: Corrected the appearance of specular highlights.
• New Corona Shader: Now split into "near" and "far" coronas. Far coronas are star-shaped (streetlights only); near coronas are bloom-shaped (vehicle sirens, occasionally taillights).
• Improved Night time tonemapping and timecycles: Adjusted brightness for better visibility.
• Many other various fixes.
