jg-advancedgarages, fully unlocked and decrypted. Note that this is setup for the way I used it in my server and that the same settings may not apply to you.

Works as of January 30th 2026 on the latest QBCore.

It 100% works on qb, I'm using it myself on the latest version of qb. If you read the description, you'll see that I stated that too.
