My conclusion from my analysis:

• The tool comes from the creators of the original decryptor (in python).
  
• The thing appears to be virus/trojan-free.
  
• Decrypting scripts doesn't work (it's done on the server — you'd need to apply unluac54; the Python tool would be safer here, simply because the thing is shared by UDG).
  
• UDG got the tool from them and only re-whitelabels it with his patcher file, which the idiot circulates. So enjoy with caution.
  

Use a VPS or similar — they cost at most €3–4 per month.
