u need steam web api key in server.cfg

Does files need work not plugandplay, this is leaked so dont expect like 100% working server.

lol even you buy from 5M Servers website it wont work 100 % they are sucks i bought super ESX 8 server from them 40 % of them is bug and there is no support
if you need support you need to pay more fuck 5M Server

i hope you find the way, but if you still stuck with this issue on joining, please open steam first then open Fivem ( without knowing simple thing how you going to build the server )
