I have a Dracula V5.1.2 version where character creation works. You'll have to tweak a few things, but everyone should be able to do it.

I don't think it's complete, but it might be a good basis.

I ran CipherScanner and found nothing

Not everything works so only 50 coins

I bought the day you posted it, what are you talking about? You can't create a character when you press Create after insert name nothing happens dude.
