Lighting, weathers, timecycles, textures, reshade and EnB.

* Reshade: Will install the following reshade presets.
- simple clarity
- old skool movie
Install: Download the latest reshade and install all effect packages: https://reshade.me/
- Run openIV. Go to tools, package installer, open 'reshade.oiv' and install to the game folder.
Uninstall: Will remove reshade from the GTA V directory.
* EnB
Install: Download & install the latest EnB: http://enbdev.com/mod_gta5_v0456.htm
- Run openIV. Go to tools, package installer, open 'enb.oiv' and install to the game folder.
