DEPENDECIES:

1. Requires `ESX` for framework
2. Requires `Hyon_fuelsystem` to set fuel level
3. Requires `Ps-ui` for hacking
4. Requires `ox_target` for target
5. Require `ox_lib` for notifications
6. Requires `GFX-MDT` for alerts
