bruh this file's version is old as f***, its effect name even shows ''imme_rrtgi'', it's supposed to be ''immerse pro : rtgi''

Hey I had the same problem and it took me a while to figure it out today.
Open the FX file in Notepad or any text editor you prefer.
At the very top of the files for clarity, regrade, depthoffield, rtgi, and solaris, insert this: /*=============================================================================*/
