Have you tried the GTA V Upscaler FG Build 0.6-09 & DLSS & FSR3 if you got Nvidia graphic card ? It's better than MSAA and i think it's lighter than msaa

is it not blurry? because i find blurry AA's annoying
Shouldn't MSAA use less resources as it is?
