• K dispozici je funkce MetaData. Každý dům má svůj klíč.
• Domy jsou uspořádány tak, aby se daly pronajmout a koupit. Pronajímatelnost nebo cenovou dostupnost domu můžete upravit pomocí konfiguračního souboru.
• Každý dům má svou vlastní garáž. Počet vozidel, která lze do těchto garáží umístit, byl upraven speciálně pro každý dům. Tuto vlastnost můžete upravit z konfiguračního souboru.
• Každý dům má šatní skříň.
• Úložný prostor je k dispozici v každé domácnosti. Úkryty můžete zvýšit pomocí konfigurace.
