This Thread contains the Basement Pack (thanks to @mubatak10123 who posted it for free.)
(its pretty much just the base mod and it gets better with each update.)
And you will get all the Updates from June to January

It's a mod that will make GTA really cool, I added a screenshot from the Discord at the bottom.
It adds real billboards, real buildings (US Bank, KFC, McDonalds, IKEA, Wilshire Grand Center, Burger King)
Real gas stations (Some have Tesla chargers), Really cool Sprays, Real Dealerships (Ferrari, Audi, Toyota)
And so much more!

I recommend to use the mod with either Naturalvision Evolved (my favourite) or QuantV.

C'est un mod qui va rendre GTA vraiment cool, j'ai ajouté une capture d'écran du Discord en bas.
Il ajoute de vrais panneaux d'affichage, de vrais bâtiments (US Bank, KFC, McDonalds, IKEA, Wilshire Grand Center, Burger King)
