Pretty sure its Ethical FW and it don't have the new weed, meth, coke. its playable but don't put anything without proper information. No one has or no one had made new weed so please don't put it that way.

It's ethical framework. Latest alpha version is paid as far as I know, probably will be released next month on their gitlab.
