Admin Menu from Qbus fully working.

Need to be set as god to make it work in the server.cfg

To use the menu use /adminmenu. You can also bind it in the fivem keybinds section ingame.

To make the fart sounds work you will find a folder in the menu called sounds. Copy and paste the sounds into [standalone]/interact-sound/client/html/sounds
