Thank you very much for sharing this, apart from a few small SQL errors which can be corrected very quickly and easily, I have nothing to say, everything works well and it's really very classy.
 
not plug and play guys, inventory is not the same as the video, and many things do not work or are missing! but at least it got karma-clothing which is free already
