Saw this in a Taiwan server and decided to recreate this.
There should be minimal bug, please post here if encounter any bug.

Dependencies : ox_lib, ESX and MugShotBase64

Future plan:
Recreate GTA Online Heist using this as the base ( This is the original plan anyway )

Event to trigger the menu : TriggerEvent('md_partyCorepenCrewMenu')
