Heya, I'm back! Today i've got a nice leak that i also use in the server's i create since it's just so nice looking and works like a charm! 
If you've always wanted to be a motel owner and extort you citizens for their money then this is the script for you!
Do keep in mind that for these scripts the latest versions of both frameworks will work the best but the script does have some backwards compatibility! (I myself use this with gamebuild 3019 on QbCore)
Like always i do accept donations as everything i post is free on here! Donations are the reason i keep going on with leaking scripts that are either gatekeeped or very hard to find due to dead links!
