I just check it, my players has randomly get this error.

You can check in the index.html, can you change the version of jquery to 3.7.1 and bring all the script tag from head to bottom of the body.

Do you have any idea how to get the keys.json working for the multicharcter? Try to redeem a key after adding and nothing happens. code is valid
