This Thread contains the Basement Pack (thanks to @@mubatak10123 who posted it for free.)
(its pretty much just the base mod and it gets better with each update.)
And you will get all the Updates from June to January
It's a mod that will make GTA really cool, I added a screenshot from the Discord at the bottom.
It adds real billboards, real buildings (US Bank, KFC, McDonalds, IKEA, Wilshire Grand Center, Burger King)
Real gas stations (Some have Tesla chargers), Really cool Sprays, Real Dealerships (Ferrari, Audi, Toyota)
And so much more!

Little Tip: Begin with the Basement Pack, then install all the Updates. The Package also includes a helpful readme. If you need any help, feel free to ask me :)
I recommend to use the mod with either Naturalvision Evolved (my favourite) or QuantV.
