About this thread: SP and FiveM Ã¢â‚¬â€ Not Encrypted, LSPD version. I've fixed the following bugs:

The hole in the front garage now has working collision to prevent falling through.
Fixed the broken road texture issue.

REQUIREMENTS

Game Build: 2802 or higher
Server Build: Latest recommended version

Link donwload: for FiveM for Singleplayer

If you want to turn it into the LSPD version, you can replace some files with these
