I just checked it for you:

Opened it up in OpenIV and codewalker don't see any encryptions on it but you never know.

here is the proof of locked ydr files (for locked you cant see resource version as above like those ydr's



you can check that though if you go in-game near to that map your game will get crashed



(Wasted 1 credit for locked one to show it was locked!)

Yea its encrypted better to use codewalker though to find locked files because they wont load
