I intalled NVE fix, but stiill experiencing the road texture glitch. Any fix?

Do not install or uninstall NVE optional 4. "Parallax Roads and Pavement Overhaul" to avoid road texture glitch.
Additionally LA Revo 2 and NVE beachside textures are also conflicting with each other, there is a youtube video showing how to fix, I attach the link below.

I tried all afternoon, May NVE + March LA Revo 2 still have the Venice Beach texture glitch, i tried following the Youtube tutorial by deleting certain files, but no luck.
Also the Real Traffic mod is a nightmere, always crashing my GTA 5.
