Could someone please provide an update on what isn't working and whether it's worth downloading and playing?

what you mean you appreciate its broken!, look at the console picture i reply
it does has bugs, Cant buy Cars, cant make calls on the phone, fuel is not working, still have some bugs, it seams that are behind the encrypted events so it cant be modified or fixed it can be playable not not for full serious roleplay
